The workshop sessions on the Wednesday afternoon are a chance for you to try something new - something interactive and fun, but mostly something good for your soul with the chance to take something home, both mentally and physically.
The workshop will run for 3 hours and each class is taken by a professional in that field - ensuring the best experience.

The Falls Retreat in the Karanagahake Gorge offers a variety of workshops promoting paddock to plate dining and sustainability. Their extensive kitchen veggie gardens are managed by resident gardener, Nicki Murray-Orr of Vital Harvest. She will be sharing her wealth of experience and top tips on growing your own organic veggies including garden design, soil health, pest management and crop rotation leaving you brimming with inspiration and practical knowledge.
